Trumpet

My name is Tyry'n Terry. I was born in September of 1998, in the city of Laurinburg North Carolina. I am 16 years old. I currently attend school at Scotland County High School. I'm the son of Mrs. Umeko Terry and Mr. Ronald Grant. Both of my parents are very talented in singing as well as music. It really runs through the family. I also have one sister named Sommore Terry. She is an amazing singer and dancer who sings and dances any chance she gets. She just graduated from Scotland High School and is going to be a freshmen at the University o North Carolina at Greensboro next fall.

I started playing the Trumpet at the age of 12 in the seventh grade as well as for the drum. Ever since i started playing these instruments ive always wanted to be the best at both. I have preformed at many concerts and church events with both instruments.

I plan on increasing my learning of music into college where i plan on majoring in Music. This has been a long time dream of mine ever since i was just big enough to lift a trumpet in my hands. I feel i am able to reach these set goals by the support of my family and the many blessings i get from God.
